La client\u00e8le choisit soi-m\u00eame d\u2019une s\u00e9lection de 40 ingr\u00e9dients frais et ensuite fait les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la minute, avec une sauce et des \u00e9pices de son choix, par un chef de wok asiatique. Le Wok &amp; Tafeldier \u00e9tait le premier resto wok, inspir\u00e9 par le \u2018street food\u2019 qui existe en Asie depuis des si\u00e8cles : un succ\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat. Notre formule \u2018\u00e0 volont\u00e9\u2019 populaire, accompagn\u00e9 par beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de spectacle assuraient que les si\u00e8ges \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s voulu et par cons\u00e9quent il y avait longues listes d\u2019attentes. Le Wok &amp; Tafeldier appara\u00eet d\u2019\u00eatre tellement trendsetting que dans les ann\u00e9es suivantes ce serait le concept resto le plus imit\u00e9 \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le Wok &amp; Tafeldier avait 120 si\u00e8ges dans le restaurant et 30 si\u00e8ges au bar.<\/p>\n<p>Le team cuisinier d\u2019autrefois \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de chefs de Hongkong, de l\u2019Inde et du
