Kasper a travers\u00e9 les fronti\u00e8res des Pays-Bas avec son concept BBQ, et, en collaboration avec Jord Althuizen, l\u2019aventurier pyro-culinaire, il a lanc\u00e9 le Black Smoke Rotterdam. L\u2019usine Van Nelle \u00e0 Rotterdam, c\u2019est l\u2019espace id\u00e9al pour accueillir un bar dynamique et une cuisine de la flamme. Prenez place \u00e0 la terrasse ensoleill\u00e9e, et on vous sert des boissons rafra\u00eechissantes et des casse-cro\u00fbtes d\u2019inspiration latine, de notre bar parrilla. Fait amusant : l\u2019immeuble dans lequel se trouve le Black Smoke \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque une caserne de pompiers.
